My journey with yoga began in early childhood, sparked by my maternal uncle (mama). As a dedicated yogi, he gifted me my very first foundation: teaching me how to bring deep, meditative silence to my breath.
While my early years involved an on-and-off relationship focused primarily on physical asanas, my path shifted permanently in 2016 when I completed my 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) training at 1000 Yoga, Bengaluru. This pivotal experience ignited a hunger for deeper knowledge, leading me to pursue a Master’s Degree in Yoga and Consciousness from the world-renowned S-VYASA University in Bengaluru. This path led me to earn a Master’s Degree in Yoga and Consciousness from the world-renowned S-VYASA University. My studies completely transformed my perspective, proving that physical postures are only a fraction of what true Yoga encompasses. Immersing myself in Indian philosophy sparked a deep passion for the esoteric and energetic dimensions of the practice.
Today, my personal growth perfectly mirrors my professional teaching. Every day brings new wisdom that aligns with my life's journey. I am profoundly grateful for these deep insights into human functioning, and as a healer, my mission is to share this knowledge to contribute positively and meaningfully to your life.
